How long take to receive my order?

Shipping time depend on various factors (postal service efficiency, customs clearance, international transit aso), that's why we can only give you an approximation based on our statistics and former experience. We estimate:

  • 8 for the rest of the world.
  • Please note that we use different shipping locations in order to avoid customs flags.


How my products are packed and shipped ?

We wrap the amps or the vials in highly absorbant paper towels: it protects the ampoules from shocks. If the vials broke then the towels will absorb the liquid and the package will not leak. Usually we put those paper towels inside a bubble-wrapped pouche. After that we put the content in plain brown boxes looking that the weight to be no more that 4 pounds. If the weight is more than that we will split the order in several boxes with no additional costs.


What shipping method do you use?

We ship only by regular mail because it is the safest and assure both of us of the highest rate of successful delivery since: no prescription is needed, is not traceable, does not require a signature upon delivery, can be shipped to PO-Boxes and PMB's and offer maximum discretion.

Is a signature required when my package is delivered?

Our shipments (regular mail) are not treated as recorded/registered shipments and therefore they dont require any signature upon delivery.

Do you ship to PO-Boxes / APO-AE ?

Yes. We ship to no only to PO-Boxes, APO-AE but also to PMB (private mail boxes) or any remote address you choose. Just make sure that your PO-Box or PMB can accept envelopes or flatten package up to (LxHxD) 10x8x5 inches.



Do you have a minimum or a maximum amount for ordering?

We have 99% success rate to USA and Canada, and 97% success to any EU country.



What happens if my package get sized?

If your package(s) get seized (fortunately only 1-2% of orders get seized) we will cover your losses and we will resend the order to another address of your choice (free of charge) or we will refund you (minus the money transfer fee) only if you can show us a valid customs seizing letter as proof. Unfortunately we had experienced few scam attempts so please read carefully: we require a GOOD QUALITY .jpg scan copy or your seizing letter


When (and if) your package(s) is seized you will receive a letter from customs describing what they have seized and they will give you a deadline to respond and attempt to claim your seized property or they will destroy it. I assume that is no need to remind you to let them destroy it. Do not, under no circumstances, respond to them and don't worry you are not in trouble. Every day they seize thousands of packages and that's all. Just scan the letter and send it to us so we can cover the losses.

Please note that if you fail to send us a copy of that seizure letter, there will be no reshipment and/or no refund!
