Q: How and where do you ship your products?
A: We ship anywhere in the world (apart for FRANCE AND BRAZIL) and we ship all products confidentially. You will receive your product in a simple, plain, nondescript package without our company name on it. If your order is large, we may ship it in several smaller packages.
Q: Is it legal to purchase your products?
A: It depends. Laws are different in every country. For instance, for our United States customers, some of products are legal to purchase and some of our products may not be legal. We recommend you consult a qualified lawyer concerning the laws of your country. We do not recommend ordering illegal products as you should respect the laws of your country.
Q: Are you legitimate and do I need a prescription to purchase your products?
A: We are a licensed company that has been in the business since 1998. A prescription is not required to make a purchase.
Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: This depends on your shipping address, product ordered, and shipping method. Our products usually ship within 24 hours from when we receive your payment and the deliver usually never exceeds 5 to 6 days.

Q: What if my parcel is seized ?
A: Then we will refund you at 100%. Please send us by email a scan of an official document stating that the parcel has been seized. The money will be sent to THE SAME PERSON THAT PLACED THE INITIAL ORDER. WE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ANYONE ELSE through Western Union in a maximum of 30 days following the copy of this document.

A: No, you do not need to sign for your package.

Q: What type of payment do you accept?
A: We accept MoneyGram or Western Union money transfers done either online from the websites www.westernunion.com or www.moneygram.com either by cash from an office.
